No serious injuries after box truck overturns on I-287 in Morris County, state police say

HANOVER TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – No serious injuries were reported after a box truck overturned on Interstate 287 in Morris County Tuesday afternoon, according New Jersey State Police spokesperson Trooper Charles Marchan.

The crash happened at 12:40 p.m. on Interstate 287 South at milepost 38 in Hanover Township, Marchan said.

A preliminary police investigation revealed that a box truck was traveling southbound, lost directional control and overturned, Marchan said.

There were no serious injuries, Marchan said.

The crash remains under investigation and no additional information was available.
