Fire damages home in Morris County; no injuries

PEQUANNOCK TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – Several fire departments responded to a house fire Thursday afternoon in Pequannock Township.

Pequannock Township Mayor Ryan Herd said flames erupted at a house on Ryan Lane.

Herd said everyone got out of the house safely including the dog and there were no injuries.

“The Pequannock Township First Aid and Rescue Squad checked every fireman that came out of that house and made sure they were OK. Their vitals were fine and cool them down,” Herd said.
