Car carrier catches on fire in Somerset County

BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP, NJ (Somerset County) – A car carrier caught on fire in Somerset County Friday morning.

Fire crews arrived at the scene of the fire on Union Avenue near Interstate 287 in Bridgewater Township, according to the Finderne Fire Department.

Crews extinguished the tractor and 3 additional cars on the trailer.

Manville EMS and Somerset County Haz-Mat Team also responded to the scene.
